At Peet's Coffee, we want you to love your brew; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on equipment and non-perishable items.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Experience team within 30 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization for equipment or to report quality issues with coffee.
- 2.Package Your Items
Securely pack the unused equipment or merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship to Peet's
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping method to send your package back to our distribution center for inspection and processing.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, excluding original shipping fees.
